In Hokkien, ‘Tam Jiak’ means gluttony—perfect for those hungry to taste everything from fresh seafood to premium meats with bold Malaysian flavours.

Tam Jiak is the sibling venue to the Ho Jiak Group, co-founded by Junda Khoo. We celebrate the joy of loving food a little too much, offering a menu that is punchy, experimental, and unashamedly bold.

The kitchen is led by Head Chef Loong Oon, who also helms Amah by Ho Jiak. Drawing on his experience as the former Head Chef of Mr. Wong, Chef Loong pairs world-class technique with Malaysian soul.
